✨ Your ticket to moving forward in 2025 ✨

Last month I did a "voluntary" workshop in a local real estate office. We had 15 Realtors attend! This says a lot — they didn't have to be there. They chose to be there, and had signed up ahead of time.

These agents had come in to find out how they could use staging to "tip the scales" to get more listings. But instead of jumping right into "staging," we started by discussing: What do I want to be known for as a Realtor? What is my "value statement" that will help me stand out to sellers or buyers? And how do I even begin to plan for or act on this?

These gung-ho agents did a little planning using a reflection and moving-forward form I had created. Instead of grabbing a random goal and then expecting it to somehow materialize throughout the year, doing some reflective pre-planning beforehand is worth the time and energy.
