Homes that are empty are in special need of staging.  Most people cannot visualize what a home would or could look like when there is no furniture in place.  Vacant homes do not give buyers any connection to the space, and are harder to sell.  Also, buyers notice every little negative thing in a vacant house!

Vacant Home "Remote" Assessment     Complimentary

Given information about the size and luxury level of the house, we will provide a written proposal to stage your home that will include the approximate costs (per a price range, depending upon many factors), to furnish, accessorize, source, delivery, set up, and de-stage. 

 

Vacant Services:
Vacant Home Walk-Through Assessment      $75  (This fee is credited if you use our vacant services.)

We will walk through your house and take notes in order to prepare an assessment of the cost to stage your vacant or partially vacant home.  We will get this written proposal to you within 1-2 working days. 

 

The Vacant-Transformation Staging Day Package

  • We credit you the $75 vacant home assessment when you have us stage your vacant home!

  • We use quality furnishings and accessories/artwork in order to achieve that model home look that guarantees a buyer will "fall in love" with your home.

  • We will "source," or select, all the furnishings and accessories /artwork for your vacant home.  Accessories that cannot be rented will be purchased for the seller with receipts.  

  • We will be at the home upon delivery of the furnishings to direct correct placement, then style and arrange the accessories.

  • De-staging (pickup day) will be arranged for and handled by us!

Soft Staging Transformation Package
With this option, we will stage certain rooms or areas of a house with accessories only, no larger furnishings.  This is a less expensive option, and will give buyers a light sense of "feeling at home"  without bringing in the furnishings.  Usually, areas for "Soft Staging" will include the kitchen, bathrooms, entryway, front porch, mantle, laundry room etc...
