✨ This or That? Realtors' Decide, June 2025✨
Are Your Listings Marketable or a Missed Opportunity?
Imagine being able to tell your sellers in your listing appointments and in your marketing: "Stage your home today and pay nothing till close, and if you have good credit, repayment is 0%. With NO additional fees!" I am teaming up with Titus, which provides money to your sellers to pay for staging and more, with payback due at closing!
It's a great way to win more listings, get more attention on your houses, and sell faster. There are NO upfront costs to your sellers and no fees to participate. And if it's your business model, Titus lets the agent pay for all or part of any staging service at closing also. I'm offering it because I think it's such a great way to help your sellers and stand out from other agents by offering MORE VALUE!
37% of buyers said the living room was important to stage. (NAR 2025)
This room could have been a missed opportunity to showcase an inviting living room. It had the basic necessities, but that was about it! It needed something more to warm up the space to be an inviting area where buyers could envision themselves hanging out with their family.
During our Marketable Home Consultation and Photo-Ready staging, the room got a slight-but-mighty rearrangement and additional accessories to cozy it up. It now stood out as a highlight of the house.
Purple dining room, anyone? Most buyers would not fall in love with this room — the color is a barrier. Even if they liked purple, this barrier takes over the flow of the space and reminds buyers of the extra work they need to do!
After painting, however, this room is ready for buyers. Nothing emotionally jarring here!
This room could have been a missed opportunity to highlight the fireplace. Buyers would immediately feel that it looked personalized and outdated, and wouldn't be drawn to the fireplace as a whole. After our Marketable Home Consultation and Photo-Ready staging, using ONLY items I found elsewhere in the house, this fireplace looks more updated and fresh to appeal to buyers.
34% of buyers said the primary bedroom was important to stage. (NAR 2025)
What do you notice in this room right away? The older green carpet? The short windows?
Or maybe the outdated wallpaper border? When empty, a room doesn't inspire — every little flaw stands out and it actually looks much smaller than it really is.
But after staging for buyers, the flaws don't stand out as much. A good stager can work with the bones of what is there already and transform it into a happy space where buyers can see themselves living. 💙
