Great News! I had a real estate agent take me up on hosting a Home Seller's Seminar, where I presented the best things for sellers to do when preparing to sell — and she got a listing from it! 🎉

Stagers can be and do so much more than what happens on staging day. We can do in-depth, one-and-done consultations for clients who want help preparing their home to be as marketable as possible but are the DIY type. We can be the friendly and respectful "bad guy" and let the homeowners know what editing and updating will provide the best ROI, especially when they don't want to hear what you are saying.

We can help with paint color selection, flooring options, choosing light fixtures and hardware, as well as other finishes for updates with the best ROI. We can find creative ways to give purpose to every odd space in any house, and do it in such a way that works with the colors and style of the home. We can come back to an occupied house and prepare it for photos, either with only the owner's items or sprinkling in some of our accessories to feature the money-makers in each room.

We can bring life and emotions by staging a bland, empty room that otherwise would be ho-hum and underwhelming, at best. Because no one falls in love with an empty room!
