For a fraction of the value it added — at just over $1,000 — this smart Realtor had us come in and TRANSFORM the whole house using ONLY the items the owners already had to get it into Ready-to-Sell mode!

For this room, we made it appeal to buyers by packing up many items, lightening up, and neutralizing the personalized decor — such as the animals' heads and furs. We added in pillows we had the owner buy, and rearranged (including bringing in items found in other rooms and closets!) to bring a more comfortable feeling to the room.
